Submitting the enquiry form does not reserve a date. A booking becomes confirmed only when the club provides written confirmation and any required agreement or deposit is completed.
Capacity, permitted entertainment, bar arrangements, access times, supervision, safeguarding and licensing conditions will be agreed for each function. The organiser is responsible for guests’ conduct and compliance with the confirmed terms.
